Psyched Publishing is an independent press dedicated to publishing accurate, readable books at the intersection of psychedelics, spirituality, science, and law.

We publish for readers who take these subjects seriously: general readers seeking substantive understanding, clinicians and chaplains supporting people through altered states, scholars examining religious and legal dimensions, and policymakers shaping how these practices are understood.

Our catalog includes titles for veterans working through trauma, Christians integrating mystical experiences, newcomers seeking careful introduction, and practitioners supporting others on the path. Each book undergoes rigorous review to meet our standards for accuracy and responsible framing.

Psyched Publishing is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Our books are distributed through Ingram to booksellers and libraries worldwide and are available from major online retailers.

We were founded by Matt Zemon, who wanted to establish a publisher that could hold serious content at this intersection with the care it deserves.
